Will I receive regular updates on my child's day-to-day activities?

Yes, we continuously document your child’s activities, special characteristics, and progress. We provide you with this information regularly, either digitally or in person.

Who is my direct contact person if I have any questions or concerns?

During the settling-in phase, you will get to know your child’s regular caregiver—this person will also be your first point of contact for all matters concerning your child.

How can I reach the cocon daycare center outside of opening hours?

Send us an email – our team checks their inbox regularly, even outside of opening hours, and will get back to you as soon as possible.
